Esili is currently the Executive Director at Escap Management, where he leads financial advisory, valuation, and research mandates for corporates, investors, and boards, and Director of Research at Leadway Asset Management, responsible for building and overseeing an institutional grade research platform supporting investment strategy, asset allocation, and decision-making across the group.

He previously held senior leadership roles at leading frontier and emerging market investment banks, including Exotix Capital, Standard Bank and Renaissance Capital, where he led Africa-wide equity research, coordinated multi-country analyst teams and advised global institutional investors on equity strategy, sector positioning, and capital allocation. Esili is recognized as a thought leader on African economics and capital markets, with a track record of combining deep analytical rigor with clear, decision-oriented communication for senior stakeholders.
