Ifebuche built Nigeria’s first and only textile industry wastewater treatment plant not because regulations required it, but because she believes African manufacturing should lead the global green economy. Today, she has created over 2,000 direct and indirect jobs, partners with 150+ artisans across six African countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Benin Republic, Guinea, and Togo), and designed Nigerian Olympic team uniforms using 100% Nigerian materials for both the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing and 2024 Paris Olympics.
With 60% of her clientele based internationally (US, UK, Europe), she supplies major fashion brands who choose her authentic, sustainable textiles over mass-produced alternatives. Her work includes a 2025 research partnership with De Montfort University on sustainable textile innovation. She is redefining what African manufacturing can be: culturally rooted, environmentally responsible, and globally competitive.
