Onyinye Okafor

Onyinye Okafor, a finance lawyer, is a regular advisor to international banks including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, and Standard Chartered Bank on complex derivatives and structured finance transactions, and was a key member of the team that reviewed the netting provisions of CAMA 2020.
