Dr. Paul is an entrepreneur, corporate executive, author, and patent holder. He has experience in energy, business strategy, public policy, communications, international law, and corporate relations, with a focus on how investment, innovation, and policy interact in Africa and other emerging economies.

He has advised the Nigerian Senate, chaired a petroleum sector body, and contributed to key laws and investment frameworks. Author of several books on energy and investment, Paul co-founded Africa Franchise Center, sits on several boards, and supports initiatives for girl-child education.
